BRC e IFS are two international quality certifications, English and German respectively.
They certify all process stages (raw materials, processing, hygiene, staff training, equipment hygiene, sensor and analytical control of incoming and outgoing wines and grapes, etc.) through strict inspections with quality standards much higher than the current law.
We have managed to accomplish such results by working for two years on implementing a control plan on all incoming and outgoing products, training our staff, modifying our production and bottling machinery and systems, and expecting all our suppliers to comply to such quality standards.
