Chef Martin Dalsass of the restaurant Santabbondio Sorengo-Lugano and the breeder of cheese Reust Hanspeter Gstaad were involved in a food and wine evening at the highest level. Organized at our Foresteria, it has been one of the most significant meeting of “Cheese“, an event organized by Slow Food International, for the enhancement of quality production, protection of products at risk of extinction and promote the area.
